This week our group worked on the storyboard. We outlined our major shots that would be included in the film. Sam Herndon, Andre James, and I worked to include shots that would helped the viewer understand the progression of the plot while at the same time not revealing everything. While we did this, Austin Kuster drew and wrote the descriptions of these shots. One of these shots, for example, was the shot of the main character receiving a text message. The viewer doesn't know who it is from or what it means nor should they since it is the beginning of the film. Another shot we included was the intro shot that contains the credits. The shot is of a plane landing, hinting that the main character has just arrived to find his girlfriend. Austin Kuster traveled to Tampa International Airport on Sunday to capture this shot. He used an Osmo Pro camera that shot in 4K, giving us a higher quality picture. Austin also editing a demo of what our intro the film could look like.
